Terms and Conditions

“Consultant” refers to the Consultant in this document. “I”, “my”, “your”, “me”, "client" refers to you as the client in this document. “Activity” refers to Consulting and/or Psychic Readings.

I understand that this is a condition of participation in this activity and that I do so at my own risk and therefore release the Consultant from all liability, claims, demands, and proceedings arising out of or connected with my participation in this activity.

Client acknowledges that consulting does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that consulting is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the consulting relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Consultant.

The Client understands that in order to enhance the consulting relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the consulting sessions during the Consultant and Clients working relationship.

I acknowledge that any form of cancellation or rescheduling to the activity must be made AT LEAST TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS PRIOR to the organised session.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure payment of the services is paid on time and for the minimum term of three months, with a month to month payment term thereafter. 

I acknowledge and accept that normal session costs will apply if the Consultant is not personally notified of any cancellation or rescheduling at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the session.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the Consultant, I am aware that the Consultant will reschedule another time for the cancelled session.

I acknowledge that arriving late is not tolerated, no extra time will be allowed unless at the Consultants discretion and the session must finish on the scheduled time. The Client acknowledges that failure to turn up to the session within the first ten minutes of the scheduled session time, may result in the session not going ahead and no replacement session will be scheduled.

I acknowledge that sessions will be recorded via Zoom and sent to me within 48 hours. I release all liability of the Consultant in the event that the recording is unable to be processed, produced or sent for circumstances outside of my or the Consultant's control. 

I acknowledge that these terms and conditions have been agreed and agreed to in full, and that the information given by me is true, complete and accurate.

I agree that I will undertake the activity in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this form.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions prior to signing up.

I have hereby read this document and fully understand it.
