Terms & Conditions of Service

Definitions

"Consultant" refers to the service provider.

"Client" or "you" refers to the person purchasing and/or participating in any service.

"Services" or "Activity" refers collectively to all one-to-one offerings provided by the Consultant, including but not limited to: consulting, mentoring, intuitive guidance, clarity consulting, energetic alignment advisory, and any related communications.

1. Nature of Services

The Client acknowledges and understands that all Services are provided for personal development, insight, clarity, guidance, and educational purposes only.

The Services do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Consultant does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental, emotional, or physical condition. All Services are designed to support the Client's personal growth and self-awareness through the exploration of intuitive cognitive abilities from a developmental and psychological perspective.

The Client is solely responsible for seeking independent advice from qualified and licensed professionals where necessary. If the Client is currently under the care of a medical, mental health, or other licensed professional, they must continue that care and are strongly advised to inform their provider of their participation in these Services.

The Client understands that the Services are intended to facilitate the Client's own inner work, self-discovery, and development of their personal intuitive and cognitive capacities. Any insights, guidance, or outcomes arise from the Client's own awareness and are not guaranteed, predicted, or predetermined by the Consultant.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Communicate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith

  • Be open to guidance, feedback, and self-exploration

  • Take full personal responsibility for all decisions, interpretations, and actions arising from or related to the Services

  • Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or attending sessions

  • Continue any existing medical, psychological, or professional care and not discontinue such care based on participation in these Services

The Client understands that:

  • Outcomes are subjective, personal, and not guaranteed

  • Results depend entirely on the Client's own interpretation, commitment, decisions, and actions

  • The Services are designed to help the Client access their own intuitive cognitive abilities and inner guidance

  • The Consultant acts as a facilitator and educator, not as a predictor or guarantor of specific results

3. Payment & Fees

  • All fees are due in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

  • For ongoing consulting or session packages, late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services

  • All fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified at the time of booking

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Attendance

For Scheduled Live Sessions (e.g., video call, phone, in-person):

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time

  • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being forfeited, with fees remaining payable and non-refundable

  • If the Client is more than ten (10) minutes late to a scheduled session, the Consultant reserves the right to cancel the session with no replacement or refund

  • Sessions start and end at the agreed times. Late arrivals will not result in extended session time unless at the Consultant's sole discretion

For Paid Question Responses or Written Guidance (non-scheduled services):

  • No rescheduling or cancellation applies once payment has been made

  • Responses will be delivered to the Client within forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving both payment and the submitted inquiry, unless otherwise communicated

5. Consultant Cancellations

If the Consultant must reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies, a new time will be arranged at no additional cost to the Client. In the event a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

6. Session Recordings & Confidentiality

Recordings:

  • Sessions may be recorded by the Consultant for quality assurance, insurance, legal protection, and record-keeping purposes only

  • All recordings remain the sole property of the Consultant and will be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection standards

  • Recordings will not be shared with any third party except where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

  • Clients do not receive copies of session recordings. Sessions are conducted live for the Client's benefit and engagement in real time

Data Storage & Security:

  • All session notes, recordings, and Client information will be stored confidentially and securely

  • The Consultant takes reasonable measures to protect Client data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access due to the nature of digital storage and transmission

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information, communications, and content shared by the Client during the Services will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

Exceptions to confidentiality include:

  • Where disclosure is required or permitted by law

  • Where there is a legal obligation to report (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order, regulatory request)

  • Where the Client provides written consent to share specific information

The Consultant will handle all Client data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, methodologies, frameworks, written content, and proprietary techniques provided by the Consultant during or in connection with the Services remain the intellectual property of the Consultant.

The Client may use insights and learnings from the Services for personal development only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any materials or teachings without prior written consent from the Consultant.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Participation in the Services is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the Client's own risk

  • The Consultant makes no warranties, guarantees, representations, or promises (express or implied) regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or results of the Services

  • The Services are educational and exploratory in nature and focus on facilitating the Client's own development of intuitive cognitive abilities and self-awareness

  • No specific outcomes, results, insights, or future events are guaranteed or predicted

  • The Client accepts full and sole responsibility for all decisions, actions, and consequences arising from or related to participation in the Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client releases and holds harmless the Consultant from all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Consultant is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services or the Client's use or interpretation of any guidance provided.

10. Prohibited Uses

The Client agrees not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

  • Misrepresent, reproduce, or commercialise the Consultant's methods, materials, or teachings without permission

  • Record, screenshot, or distribute any part of the Sessions without prior written consent from the Consultant

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward the Consultant

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Consultant operates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of that jurisdiction. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Amendments

The Consultant reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
